Bonito of the North

In addition to the anchovy, our other product is the bonito of the north in oil. We were the first company to market sliced bonito, which is an exquisite choice as accompaniment to any dish. The bonito takes over from the anchovy in July, which is when we select only the best examples from the fish markets to prepare our sliced bonito, bonito belly, and bonito loin.
