Toast of sliced bonito, roast peppers, and caramelised onion

Like the belly, sliced bonito also offers a multitude of possibilities. To prepare this toast:

  1. First roast the peppers and once they are lukewarm cut them into small pieces
  2. At the same time chop up the onion very finely and fry it lightly in oil so that it caramelises. Once it has caramelised we are ready to assemble the toast.
  3. Take a slice of bread as the base of the toast and on it place some pieces of roast pepper and add a few salt flakes.
  4. Then place the bonito slices on the peppers and finally cover with the caramelised onion.
