Toast of sliced bonito, roast peppers, and caramelised onion
Like the belly, sliced bonito also offers a multitude of possibilities. To prepare this toast:
- First roast the peppers and once they are lukewarm cut them into small pieces
- At the same time chop up the onion very finely and fry it lightly in oil so that it caramelises. Once it has caramelised we are ready to assemble the toast.
- Take a slice of bread as the base of the toast and on it place some pieces of roast pepper and add a few salt flakes.
- Then place the bonito slices on the peppers and finally cover with the caramelised onion.
